Weight Loss Spell

Needed:

• Picture of the body you want
• Picture of your face
• Glue
• Yellow candle
• High John the Conqueror oil
• High John the Conqueror incense

Cut the face out of the picture of the body and paste your face on it instead.

Light the incense and pass the picture through the smoke.

As you do this, visualize the extra pounds coming off. Set the picture down, and light the candle, saying the following incantation:
"Give me the will to conquer the urge
To do the wrong thing, let my power surge
To overeating I'll say 'nay'
And feel good about it at the end of the day
By High John's overwhelming might
I'm in control by day and by night."
