Spell for Soothing a Mind


  • 1 white candle
  • Incense of your choice
  • Soothing music

Put the music on and light both the candle and the incense.

Sit comfortably and breath slowly and deeply, letting your eyes slowly fall shut, fully relaxing the body (Caution: Do not fall asleep with the candle burning!)

Focus on your breathing, picturing it filling your lungs as a bright white light. With each breath let the tension and bad thoughts/feelings flow out and into the ground. Do this for as long as is needed.

Once done, blow out the candle and extinguish the incense and turn off the music.

Go about the rest of your day.
