Simple Cleansing


  • Water
  • Pot
  • Herbs (sage, cinnamon, pepper, or other cleansing herbs)

Measure several cups of water into the pot on the stove. For every cup of water you use, add one tablespoon of dried herb or two tablespoons of fresh.

Heat the mixture over medium-high heat and watch the water come to a boil.

As you're meditating on the water, think of what you want to get rid of (sadness, illness, anger, whatever).

Hold your hands over the pot, and feel the warm steam come up to cleanse you. Move your energy around
