Relieve Physical Stress


  • 6 drops lavender oil
  • 4 drops rosemary oil
  • 2 cups Epson salt
  • Lotion or crème (optional)

Prepare a healing bath to ease physical stress on your body by blending 6 drops lavender oil, with 4 drops rosemary oil. Blend half of the oil blend with 2 cups Epson salt, and pour into your bath water. Soak for 15 minutes while concentrating on the pain dissolving.

When you get out of the bath, rub the remaining oil onto your body.

If you have sensitive skin, you may want to blend the oil with a lotion or crème before applying directly to your skin
