Relieve Pain from Broken Bones


  • 1 cup dried comfrey leaves
  • 3 cups water
  • Rag or cloth

Boil the water, and remove from heat. Place the comfrey in the water and let this soak for approximately 15 minutes. Drain the infusion and pour the comfrey tea into a fairly large container.

Place the rag in the comfrey tea and wring the cloth out gently. Then place the cloth on the afflicted portion of your body.

Freshen the cloth every few minutes by placing it back in the infusion, and gently wringing it out.

Repeat this for about a half an hour.
