Reduce Tension and Stress

Needed:

  • Lavender oil
  • Purple candle

Anoint the candle with the oil, then light the wick. Wait about ten minutes, until the wax at the top of the candle has melted into a small pool. At this time, pour a few drops of the oil into the melted wax. Place this candle close to you, and inhale the scent deeply.

Burn the candle for at least an hour, but you may burn it as long as the candle permits.
