• Patchouli oil
  • Rag or towel
  • Warm water

Get a rag or towel, and submerge it into a container of warm water. Remove the rag, and wring it out, leaving it still somewhat damp. Place three or four drops of patchouli oil onto the wet rag, and place the towel on the affected area of the face, or body for about 5 minutes.

For better results, repeat the procedure twice more, being sure to freshen the rag with the warm water between applications.
