Mental Balancing and Depression


  • 2 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons dried lavender flowers

Boil approximately 2 cups of water, add about 4 teaspoons of the dried lavender flowers into the water, and remove from heat. Cover the pot, and let sit for about 10 minutes. Strain the herbs, and pour the infusion into your bath water.

Relax, and soak in the bath for approximately 20 minutes, and inhale the vapors deeply and slowly.
