Ease Swelling


  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Rag or towel
  • 6 cups water

First, you will need to prepare an oregano tea. Gather 4 teaspoons of oregano, 1 rag or towel, and 6 cups of water. Place the oregano in the water, and boil for approximately 2 minutes. Strain the oregano tea, into a large container. Add 3 cups of cool water to the strained tea.

Now, submerge the rag or towel into the water and soak up the tea. Wring out the rag, leaving it slightly wet.

Apply the rag to the affected area for approximately 10 minutes. Repeat the procedure twice more for optimal results.
