Ease Stomach Discomforts


  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • Sweetener of your choice

Gather 2 teaspoons of dried basil leaves and 1 cup boiling water. Remove the boiling water from the heat, and put in the basil. Let this soak for about 10 minutes. Add sugar, honey, or other sweetener to your preferred taste.
