Ease Muscular Tension


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon St. John's wort
  • Sweetener of choice

To combat various forms of muscle tension, prepare yourself a cup of St. John’s wort tea.

To do this, boil approximately 1 cup of water, and remove from the heat. Then add 1 teaspoon of dried St. John’s wort into the water. Cover the pot, and let sit for about 15 minutes. Strain the tea, and discard the used herbs.

Sweeten your tea with honey or sugar to your preference.
