Ease Muscle Aches, Sprains and Torn Ligaments

Needed:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup dried comfrey leaves
  • Rag or cloth

To prepare a healing compress for muscular discomforts or sprains, gather together 1 cup dried comfrey leaves, 3 cups of water, and a rag or cloth.

Boil the water, and remove from heat. Place the dried comfrey in the water and let this steep (soak) for approximately 15 minutes. Drain the infusion and pour the comfrey tea into a fairly large container.

Soak the rag in the comfrey tea and wring the cloth out gently. Then place the cloth on the afflicted portion of your body. Freshen the cloth every few minutes by placing it back in the infusion, and gently wringing it out.

Repeat this for about a half an hour.
