Ease Insomnia


  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons dried chamomile
  • Sweetener of your choice

Boil approximately 1 cup of water, and remove from the heat. Then add about two teaspoons of dried chamomile into the water. Cover the pot, and let sit for about 15 minutes. Strain the tea, and discard the used herbs. Sweeten your tea with honey or sugar to your preference.
