  • Lavender oil
  • Blue candle

Anoint the candle with a few drops the oil, and light the wick. Wait about ten minutes, until the wax at the top of the candle has melted into a small pool. At this time, pour the oil into the melted wax at the top of the candle. Place this candle close to you, and inhale the scent deeply.

Burn the candle for at least one hour before bedtime. Keep the burning candle near you until you extinguish the flame.
