Ease Insomnia


  • 2 teaspoons dried St. John's wort
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Remove the boiling water from the heat, and put in the St. John’s wort. Let this soak for about 10 minutes.

Add sugar, honey, or other sweetener to your preferred taste. Drink the tea mixture, relax, and crawl into bed.
