Ease Heartburn Symptoms

Needed:

  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Gather 2 teaspoons of dried mint leaves and 1 cup boiling water. Remove the boiling water from the heat, and put in the dried mint. Let this soak for about 10 minutes. Add sugar, honey, or other sweetener to your preferred taste.
