Ease Headaches and Migraines


  • 3 cups water
  • 6 teaspoons dried lavender
  • Lavender oil
  • Lotion (optional)

For a soothing lavender bath to ease your headache away, you will need to boil approximately 3 cups of water, then add six teaspoons of the lavender into the water, and remove from heat. Cover the pot, and let sit for about 10 minutes. Strain the herbs, and pour the infusion into your bath water.

Soak in the bath for approximately 15 minutes. When you get out of the bath, rub the lavender oil onto your shoulders and neck area.

You may want to blend the lavender oil with a lotion if you experience irritation, or if you have sensitive skin.
