Ease Flu Symptoms


  • 2 cups water
  • 8 teaspoons dried eucalyptus leaves

Boil 2 cups of water, add about eight teaspoons of dried eucalyptus leaves into the water, and remove from heat. Cover the pot, and let sit for about 10 minutes. Strain the herbs, and pour the infusion into your bath water.

Soak in the bath for approximately 15 minutes, and inhale the vapors deeply.
