Combat Low Blood Pressure


  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 cup water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Boil approximately 1 cup of water, and remove from the heat.

Then add about two teaspoons of dried rosemary into the water. Cover the cup or pot, and let sit for about 15 minutes. Strain the tea, and discard the used herbs.

Sweeten your tea with honey or sugar to your preference.
