Combat Irritability and Soothe Your Nerves


  • 2 teaspoons dried chamomile
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Relax those irritated nerves and muscles with a soothing cup of warm chamomile tea.

First, gather 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile, and 1 cup boiling water. Remove the boiling water from the heat, and put in the chamomile. Let this soak for about 10 minutes. Add sugar, honey, or other sweetener to your preferred taste.

For extra relaxation, have yourself another glass.
