Prepare yourself a lavender bath by simply dropping three or four drops of lavender oil into your bath water. Slip on in, and soak for about ten minutes.

When you get out of the bath, rub a drop or two of the lavender oil onto the affected area.

If you have sensitive skin, you may want to blend the oil with coco butter before applying directly to your skin.
