Alleviate Symptoms of Depression


  • 2 teaspoons dried St. John's wort
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Sweetener of your choice

Gather together 2 teaspoons of dried St. John’s wort and 1 cup boiling water. Remove the boiling water from the heat and put in the St. John’s wort. Let this soak for about 10 minutes. Add sugar, honey, or other sweetener to your preferred taste.
